I’m really enjoying the weekly class, it’s a small group, which makes a big difference. Heidi does a great job of pushing us in a way that feels safe and supportive, and because the class is small, she has the time (and patience!) to correct us, or make adaptions when needed. The encouragement really helps, the music is great, and I’m already starting to feel stronger 💪🏼

The class is friendly, well equipped and suitable for everyone. Heidi provides lots of variety each week and will always give alternative options for each exercise station. She is supportive towards everyone, helping to guide and correct us when needed, she really knows her stuff. I’m always
amazed at the many different ways a kettle bell can be used. The classes are really enjoyable and a chance to meet new people, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm.

Really good! I really enjoyed the class, lots of variety and friendly people. Heidi obviously really knows her stuff too! Thanks Heidi I’ll be back (sorry!!)
